Boarding Kennel
Home Away Boarding Kennel is a family owned/run business located in Plain City, Ohio. Owners Sheri Watt and Andrew Bistransin and their children Sofia and AJ live on the property and make every effort to make your pet's stay a pleasant experience while they're away from home.
Our kennel was custom built in 1998 and was designed for a premier boarding experience for your pet. We offer twenty climate controlled indoor/outdoor dog runs ranging from 3' x 20' to 6' x 20'. The largest of dogs can fit comfortably.

Each dog is turned out multiple times daily for potty breaks and to play in the yard. Dogs that play well with others can have buddy play with other boarders.

Our cat/small animal room is located away from the dog area to reduce noise stress. The cats have access to a private suite and can be let out in the larger room for exercise.

We welcome all pets and have experience with snakes, birds, turtles, rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, sugar gliders and ferrets.

The owners and staff truly love animals of all shapes and sizes and take care of your pets like their own!

This is a place that knows how to treat your pets - LARGE kennels for big dogs, playdates with like companions, smaller spaces in a separate area for rabbits, birds, and others. My hyper herding dog comes home happy, exercised, and loving life. The whole family gets our vacation!
